CABLE RACEWAYS SERIES C
• EN 1.4301 (TYPE 304L) execution, finely satin finished and protected
• Protection degree IP66 as per CEI EN 60529
• The various parts are flanged to each other after placing an oil-seal in-between
* Each element comes complete with gasket, assembling kit and earthing stud
STRAIGHT SECTION
Several lengths available, consisting of a channel with coverd, self-extinguishing oil seal and practical sturdy screw clamps. For length over 5m, the the cover comes in several parts.
•TUBULAR STRAIGHT SECTION:
Available for sections 60×60 and 100×100, for use instead of the straight sections when inspection capability is not required and costs should be cut.
This series does not allow the use of partition baffles and telescopic sections.
TELESCOPIC SECTION
Tubular section. Used to make up for lengths ranging between 50 and 500 mm. Tightness is maintained by locking the O-ring provided, between the mobile flange in the telescopic section and the fixed flange in the straight raceway it is to match. In this case the overall protection degree drops to IP54.
When partition baffles are used, the straight cableway to be joined to the telescopic section shall be 1000 mm or more in length, to keep the adjustment capabilities of the telescopic section unaltered. If this is not be possible, it must be shortened.
SECTION TO BE WELDED
Tubular element provided with a flanged end and a flange to be welded to the part once this has been cut and shaped according to the cabling diagram.
FITTINGS
45° and 90° bends, “T” fittings, cross joints and reductions for eccentric sections are available, all flanged and not inspectable.
OTHER ACCESSORIES
The series is complemented by flanges for section reduction, with either centre and off-centre drilling, and head plates.
PARTITION BAFFLES
S/s sheets, “L” bent, available starting from section 100×100, to separate the inspectable straight sections in two parts. Fixing slots permit to change the two parts at will, their fixing requiring no drilling since suitable stud bolts are provided. For sections longer than 1000 mm., several partition baffles must be coupled.
SUPPORTING BRACKETS
EN 1.4301 (TYPE 304L) execution, they come in 2 versions:
a) shelf type, for wall mount;
b) hanger type, in 2 parts, for ceiling mount.
For item 2), the two parts are joined by laying in-between a pipe, EN 1.4301 execution, Ø 21.3, minimum thickness 1.5 mm (not included), cut to the desired length, drilled and bolted.
For assembling on shelf, the raceway must be steadily screwed to the rest.
Screw anchors and rag bolts are excluded from the supply.
